This a board level opportunity for an experienced executive to commit to a project of up to 12 months.
To be considered for the position you will already have had tenure across a mixture of public/private executive led roles and hold a portfolio of
- Holding full accountability of running a P&L and all aspects of the delivery for an organisation
- Ability to develop business opportunities to deliver additional revenue through the identification of transformational programmes
- Holding accountability for a high volume of employees
- Have been fully emmersed in contract management down to contract exit and associated strategy
- Have owned the delivery of an overall transition process.
- Developed an organisation's approach and define the acceptance criteria for service transition.
- Agreeing the service acceptance criteria with project/programme managers and internal stakeholders.
- Setting the strategy, goals and business objectives for the gain of approval from the Board
- A track record of identifying and develop opportunities to grow the revenue stream between now until the end of the contract.
- Responsible for all commercial aspects of the including contract negotiations for a supply base
- Responsible for the operational performance, supply chain and financial control of a business unit.
- Accountable for the engagement of and development for staff including talent management and succession planning
- Driving efficiencies and transformation delivering a cost effective service
Experience of managing large scale contract exit transition activities is essential as well as extensive board level operational expertise. Applicants must be available to commit for a 12 month period.
