Visitor Experience Assistant
GBP7.50 per hour (from 01.04.17)
Permanent Position
3 positions available. 2 to 3 days a week, working variable shifts between 9:45-5:00 on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Extra hours are available on an ad hoc basis.
25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays (pro rata)
We have an exciting opportunity to work at The Hepworth Wakefield as a Visitor Experience Assistant. We are seeking warm and friendly individuals to join our Visitor Experience team who create an inspiring experience for our visitors.
As a Visitor Experience Assistant you will welcome visitors to the Gallery and actively promote the visitor offer and The Hepworth Wakefield membership. You will deliver excellent customer service and do everything possible to ensure that our visitors have an excellent experience. You will be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience including providing information, supporting events and ensuring the safety of our visitors and security of our building and collections.
