Our client based near Kettering, has engaged Paul Mitchell Associates on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their highly successful organisation on a Permanent basis.Duties & responsibilities include:
* Assistance in preparation of various Month End financial Reports and Analyses
* Preparation of Monthly Control Accounts
* Stock Analysis Reports
* Purchase Ledger - Processing payments
* Payment runs
* Preparation of Ad-Hoc Sales Invoices as required
* Preparation of daily and weekly Reports for management
* Petty Cash
* Reconciliations
Skills required:
* AAT Qualified or qualified by experience
* Solid knowledge of SAP accounting software and Excel
* High level of numeracy and literacy
* Hard working and committed to getting the job done
* Possess excellent communication skills
