We are seeking a full time Senior Carer to join our Weston (Broadway) team. To excel in this role, you will need to be positive, self-motivated and enjoy working in domiciliary care. We welcome applications from those looking for their next career step in care.

Within this role you will deliver person-centred care to enable customers to remain living in their own homes as safely and independently as possible.  You will also play a key role in supporting the practical induction and offering expert advice to our Care Workers.

This role is guaranteed 37.5 hours per week, and comes with a competitive salary which starts from £16,867 per annum.  We also pay a mileage allowance of 40p per mile, free enhanced DBS check and professional uniform.

From your first day we will support you in your development and growing skills set, including on the job training, guidance from our dedicated Team Leaders and access to our range of training programmes.

You must have a full driving licence with access to transport. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
