To support our continued growth we are seeking, efficient, goal driven, dynamic individuals, with a commitment to maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships on a variety of challenging projects
Opportunities exist for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Sheffield office to deliver projects across residential, commercial and student sectors.
We are interested in candidates that are currently undertaking their degree or conversion course and would consider flexible working arrangements to enable those studies to continue.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Have a systematic logical approach to problem solving;
• Pay strong attention to detail and demonstrate accurate work;
• Flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and client needs
• Competence in advising clients on project related issues
• Knowledge and experience of contract administration
• Experience and knowledge of large scale programme management
