A unique opportunity with a global brand in the food sector, who continue to expand and have a consistent record of business growth. To support the ongoing growth programme they are building the management team and recruiting a Development and Support manager.
Based at the UK Head Office, you will support the opening and expansion of manufacturing operations, primarily in Europe and Middle east regions. You will lead the creation and implementation of operational and compliance training across the business units. The role will involve training development and deployment, new site opening and support, process, QA policy and documentation compliance. You will develop training programmes and resource and build any necessary training to correct any non compliance issues.
A proven background in training/development is needed with an in depth knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes. Experience in the food industry is preferred. International experience is essential including the Middle east. Extensive travel will be involved.
