You will ensure all stakeholders have timely access to appropriate and meaningful information in a variety of ways that enables effective planning and monitoring in support of College's strategic plan and provide day to day supervision and leadership of the Information Services Development Team.
You will manage the Central Information Development Team, ensuring that all members contribute effectively and efficiently with a focus on customer service, directing workload priorities and providing ongoing review and support for development. In addition, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement to information systems and services, with responsibility for delivering high end knowledge through analysis and interpretation of data, information and intelligence and you will provide a proactive service, focussing on engagement with customers to improve data quality.
The ideal candidate will have a HNC in computing or equivalent and will ideally have a Team leading/management qualification.
You will have recent relevant experience of systems development, manual and computerised preferably in an FE establishment and have leadership and/or supervisory experience, whilst possessing knowledge of the ILR return and FE funding.
