Production Line Operator, Weekend shift Northampton, UK Hourly rate ?10.50 - ?11.50 - *work 32 hours and get paid for 39 We are looking for a Production Line Operators to support the manufacturing of components by loading line, fitting component parts, pressure testing, washing, packing and despatch preparation to customer specification. There are both day and night shifts available. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: ? Loading line, fitting component parts, pressure testing, washing, packing and despatch preparation to customer specification. ? Critical review of the parts and documentation, prior to despatch with responsibility to identify sub-standard parts. ? Package parts to the documented standard. ? Completion of the responsibilities to the agreed delivery date and time. Required Qualifications: ? Previous manufacturing/ assembly line experience ? Must be a hands on individual with a quality mind set for getting it right at first time and have a thrive for continual improvement. ? The ideal candidate for this position will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and with a high attention to detail. ? Willing to learn new skills and be flexible and versatile in their working day. Weekend shift will be nights working 2 x 12 hours and 1 shift in the week.
