CMD Recruitment Ltd is supporting a National Training Provider with a vacancy for a Performance Manager
The Performance Manager will oversee the LIFEGOALS provision in the Cheshire & Warrington area. The Performance Manager will be responsible for driving business objectives specifically in relation to the management of the LIFEGOALS profiles and ensuring all performance is maximised to its potential.

My client is seeking a focused, motivating and supportive candidate with the ability to effectively manage a successful team. The ideal person will have the passion, drive and enthusiasm in making a positive impact to push the business forward with new and innovative ideas whilst ensuring customers are fully engaged during their LIFEGOALS journey. You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Previous Operational Management experience
- Proven leadership skills and experience of managing high performing team(s)
- Experience target setting and target management
- Competitive and results driven
- A strong financial and commercial awareness and understanding of Profit and Loss accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- IT Literate predominately in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Desirable:
- Previous management experience of funded programmes within the Skills/Employment Sector or other Government Funded programmes
- A working knowledge of current funded programmes and local labour market trends
- Level 3 qualification in management
- Experience of participation in continuous improvement activities
