Elite HR are delighted to be working with a fast growing and innovative multi-channel retailer as they recruit a Reward Manager to join their existing team.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for leading a small, specialist Reward and People Data team, to deliver and develop the Reward and Benefits proposition. This covers all the areas of Reward that you would expect: Pay, Bonus, Cars, PMI, Pensions.
Working with the rest of the HR team, the successful role holder will design and implement reward policies in partnership with the business, that enable the organisation to grow its capabilities by attracting and retaining the talent it needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring a well thought through Reward Strategy aligned to the organisation and supporting of the attraction and retention of the talent the business has identified it needs
-Leading an annual reward review benchmarking terms and benefits to ensure the organisation remains competitive
-Leading the development, communication and delivery of bonus plans
-Leading the annual salary review process
-Working in partnership with the HR team to ensure that the pay and benefits structure supports the business
-Managing the Car Fleet
-Managing PMI cover including annual renewal
-Continually looking to improve the full range of benefits offered
-Playing a part in the wider HR strategy creation as part of the senior leadership team
-Working in partnership with the group Pension team to educate employees on the pensions scheme
-Contributing to Group Reward projects
Experience required:
-Relevant Reward experience, ideally in a multi-site environment
-Experience of leading a small team
-Exposure to larger multi-national organisations would be an advantage in supporting future integration work
-Fit with the organisations HR philosophy
-Business Partnering approach to the role
-Good Knowledge of HR Reward and Benefit policy - expenses, travel, phones etc
-International experience
-Experience with annual pay surveys
