We are seeking a friendly, focused and capable sales executive to join an established and prestigious company based on the outskirts of Bridgwater.
The role will involve providing dedicated customer service and sales support to existing and potential customers and cross selling and up-selling of customer orders received. You will be responsible for analysis of incoming enquiries and creation of opportunities in CRM system where appropriate. You will respond to a variety of requests from existing and potential customers and process orders as necessary. Your role will also involve analysing sales data and establishing trends and also gathering market information.
To be successful in this role you will need strong customer service skills with some experience within a sales based environment. You will have great IT skills and a professional and friendly telephone manner. Strong written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is essential. The role is fast paced and busy so it is crucial you have good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines, sometimes under pressure.This role would suit someone with some sales experience wanting their next step or someone with a confident telephone manner and outstanding customer service looking for a step into a sales based role. You will be driven, self motivated and keen to succeed.
