The Company:

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day-to-day customer care and customer support to French speaking customers

The Role: 
- To deal with enquiries on a daily basis via email and over the phone
- To provide an excellent level of customer service
- To ensure resolution of customer problems and transfer to senior technician when necessary
- To accurately update the database and produce quality reports for supervisors
- To gain an excellent understanding of new and existing company products

The candidate:
- Fluent in English & French (Written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in Customer Services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take own initiative
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- IT literate
