Our client is an award winning not-for-profit organisation passionate about housing and supporting people to LiveWell, Settle at home and realise their potential.  A Sunday Times Best 100 Not for Profit organisation to work for and IiP Gold standard, they are a forward thinking, innovative and ambitious organisation. They currently own and manage over 6000 properties, support over 1600 vulnerable customers in care and supported housing projects and employ nearly 500 people. 

Are you a natural collaborator with a solid track record of leading cross sector partnerships? Do you have a proven track record in designing and leading large scale partnerships across the health & social care sector with a wide range of inspiring partners?   Do you Have experience of designing and developing robust contract management processes?  Our client is seeking someone with this experience to oversee their Big Lottery Funded Age Better in Sheffield programme and lead their Partnership & Agencies that deliver care & deliver supported housing/housing management services to over 450 customers across the Sheffield City Region.

LiveWell is the largest provider of supported housing across the Sheffield City Region. They offer a diverse range of services and are passionate about driving and supporting innovation in the sector. Their work on developing new models of care and support is award winning. This role would sit in the LiveWell Leadership Team reporting to the Director of Care, Health and Wellbeing.

Working Hours:   The role is delivered in core office hours however our client may require work to be carried outside of these core hours.
