They are currently looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their award-winning Contact Centre in Nottingham to be responsible for providing outstanding service across all channels.
Working closely within your team, you will handle all incoming communications received via telephone, fax, email, post, or web, identifying new and existing business opportunities through actively promoting their products and services.
Processing quotations, orders and responding to customer enquiries for their International, Trade and Key Account Customers, you will ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered within agreed KPIs, supporting their mission to become “Best in Class”, number one choice within the educational resource market.
A pro-active, customer focused, professional individual, you will have proven experience within a customer service role, striving to go the extra mile. With a high degree of attention to detail and a methodical approach, you will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and present information in a clear and conscience manner.
