What you'll be doing:
- Defining quarterly acquisition growth goals to support the business plan.
- Prioritising tests and initiatives leading to the greatest returns for the company.
- Work closely with our Marketing & Community teams to ensure all successful locally developed experiments are circulated.
- The core focus of the role will be to increase the take up of HiyaCar within corporations, airports and local government departments, with the expectation to build and continuously develop your own pipeline.
- Creating opportunities that convert into leads by researching, networking and utilising all resources to set up meetings with prospective organisations within key market segments
- Promoting a company that is having a strong positive impact on Corporate social responsibility: carsharing reduces greenhouse gas emissions and empowers people in lower income brackets
- Visit organisations all over the UK but with a core focus on London in the early days to build relationships with key contacts, demonstrating the business case and benefits of our product with a core focus on closing sales.
- Educating corporations about the sharing economy and the opportunity to turn a car into an asset
- Call and email independent car rental companies to evangelise HiyaCar and the benefits of car sharing
- At times, you may help new owners on-board our platform to successfully complete their first transactions
- Gather product / experience feedback and parlay findings to the relevant teams at HiyaCar
Responsibilities:
- Act as a guide and strategic partner to your accounts by becoming intimately knowledgeable about their key business challenges and visions
- Work with the global team on developing SE best practices across the organisation
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry and competitor developments
- Own multiple active customer projects and implementations
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, training, marketing efforts and customer care
- Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts as and when required
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communicator who's highly outgoing, energetic and focussed
- Prior experience with sales and lead generation
- You will need a to have real drive and determination to build pipeline and close sales, with a continuous focus on business development at all times. Success will be measured by the lifetime value and short-term revenue generation; we also offer the opportunity to head up your own team once continued success is achieved.

- Ideal candidate should be educated to degree level or above in a relevant subject area
