The schools, Kindergarten and Day Nursery are governed by the same Charitable Foundation; which manages the business aspects and support functions for all of these enterprises. A centralised HR function provides support to this portfolio of service provision.

Our client is looking to recruit an HR Manager who will report into a member of the Senior Management Team within Central Services. This post is both operational and strategic. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- recruitment and the associated compliance required within the education sector,

- managing all casework,

- learning and development,

- annual appraisals,

- developing and sustaining a positive employer relations environment,

- providing effective HR support to the Schools' Executives and their teams,

- developing the vision and strategy for the HR function and align it with the strategic

plans for the Schools, Day Nursery and Kindergarten.

Previous employment in a similar role within a people focused and corporate environment would be advantageous, alongside a pragmatic approach and a solid understanding of working across the entire generalist remit.

This is a Full-Time role and will require the successful candidate to work outside of term time. A competitive salary together with an attractive benefits package is being offered for this position. A relocation package is available if required.
