Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 + Excellent Benefits

As one of the UK's leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist. You will act as the Milton Keynes office's first point of contact and would be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring the appropriate impression is given to all callers and visitors.

As part of the FacilIties Team, you will operate the switchboard, meeting and greeting clients on their arrival, and ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are consistently maintained to a high standard. Other key responsibilities will include opening and distributing the post, organising travel arrangements, booking couriers/taxis, and managing the meeting room schedule, as well as other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

The ideal candidate for the role will have some experience working on reception / front of house, ideally with experience within a corporate or hospitality environment, and must be used to handling a high volume of calls on top of a variety of different tasks. You will be well-educated, with excellent communication skills, and computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office products, plus good typing skills. The role will suit an enthusiastic and well organised individual with a flexible and positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
