The Leasehold & Service Charge Officer will be responsible for a designated patch of properties. You will manage the delivery of services provided at the Group’s general needs, shared ownership and leasehold properties where a service charge is levied. The role includes the supervision of a member of site based caretaking staff as well as providing leasehold management services to properties within the Group’s stock.

1 x Full Time position, fixed term, until March 2018

1 x Part Time position (28 hours), fixed term until March 2018

Hours:   9.00am – 5.00pm (flexitime), Monday to Friday. 35 hours per week OR 8.00am – 6.00pm, over 4 days. 36 hours per week
