Our team is working with a prestigious Syndicate that is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their liability team on a FTC. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of worldwide D&O, PI and General Liability claims and ensuring they are settled in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Job Requirements
* Handling a portfolio of worldwide D&O, PI and General Liability claims, up to £250,000
* Monitor and improve claims processes ensuring feedback is communicated to senior management
* Build and enhance relationships with Underwriters, Brokers and Legal Professionals
* Ensure claims MI and reporting requirements are met
* Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and ensure all emerging risks are reported
* Respond to wider business needs and complete ad-hoc duties where required
Skills / Experience Required:
* 5+ year's D&O / Professional Indemnity claims experience, with exposure up to £250K
* Experience managing general liability claims preferable
* Ability to manage and develop key relationships with Underwriters, Brokers and Third Parties
* Strong knowledge of the company / insurance market
* Strong understanding of regulatory controls within insurance claims
* Ability to use our ECF system
* ACII / CII preferred but not essential
