The college is seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Business.
The role
The post will play a key role in achieving the College's Strategic Plan by leading the development and delivery of a range of very high quality, responsive and effective Business provision. The role will focus on developing a distinct ‘Business School' and maximising opportunities to work with local businesses.
The person
You will be an experienced manager with relevant work experience in the Business industry to underpin your subject leadership with credibility and authority. You will have recent experience of successful management/ team leadership in Further and Higher Education. You will also have relevant experience of academic curriculum delivery and have up to date knowledge of current government initiatives and funding in relation to FE, HE and Apprenticeships and its future and how that may impact on the College.
