My client, based in central Bridgwater, is currently looking for a Sales and Purchasing administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a busy role covering both reception and administrative duties, working for a reputable and friendly service organisation. Reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager you will be responsible for: Answering and logging incoming phone callsProviding reception services for visitorsHandling incoming and outgoing postFiling customer correspondence and sales ordersProcessing service renewalsReviewing and monitoring service contractsMaintaining stock controlPrinting and binding marketing materialAssisting with procurement and purchase orderingProcessing orders for consumables and office supplies The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator both over the phone and face-to-face, as well as having a working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Previous office administration experience is essential for this fast paced role.
