Contracts Manager - West Yorkshire
One of the UK`s largest contractors is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager for their Yorkshire house-building division. To concentrate on their social housing and affordable housing developments (although they do have various open market developments, too) they`ll ideally be appointing a Contracts Manager with a strong contractor background to help drive a successful residential division. They`ll be looking for a driven individual able to be pro-active and foresee in advance the type of issues that can arise on affordable and social housing sites.
Joining one of the largest contractors in the UK is an exciting opportunity to become part of an expanding team and a team very well respected in the North (not only in the Yorkshire region but also the North West). Opening up due to a burgeoning build programme due committal by the group to expand their operations this is an exciting time for the Yorkshire region and is an excellent opportunity to work with an excellent technical, design, commercial and operational.
