A professional accounting membership body firmly established in the UK and internationally are now recruiting. They are currently seeking a Learning Coordinator to support the Courses Manager in providing sufficient administrative support to their training activities across the institution.

This is a full time permanent role, salary is GBP22,000 per annum + Benefits

Core duties of the Learning Coordinator role include:
- Administer course assessments, case studies, mock examinations and other course related events
- Ensure examination regulations are followed and appropriate QA policies are in place
- Respond to student queries in a timely fashion
- Guarantee accurate data entry to produce meaningful reports and course analysis
- Coordinate the distribution of all relevant training materials
- Process training enrolment forms for the department
- Keep up to date with training industry standards

Skill set required of the Courses/Learning Coordinator include:
- Demonstrable experience working in the capacity of a Courses administration or
Training Coordination within and education or learning and development environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Relevant administration experience including using CRM or Relational databases
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- IT Literate
