Sales Office Manager - Engineering/Technical Products - GBP45K - Camberley
An Internal Sales Office Manager is required to join a manufacturer based in Camberley, Surrey. The General Sales Manager / Sales Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the business meets sales and profit objectives through effective leadership and sales management.
The successful Internal Sales Office Manager must be technically minded, ideally from mechanical engineering background/manufacturing background and must have proven sales management experience.
This is an office based role - the suitable Sales Office Manager must live a commutable distance to Camberley.
The Role
The Sales Office Manager will be responsible for managing the internal sales team and ensure sakes objectives and KPI targets are met
Lead, motivate and direct internal sales team
Work with field based sales team
Ensure the correct use of the ERP and CRM systems
Provide training and lead by example for the internal sales team
Oversee telesales and marketing initiatives
Ensure all processes are in compliance with the company's ISO 9001 quality standards
Liaise with all engineering and operational departments
Responsible for planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of internal sales personnel
Produce weekly performance reports and conduct reviews
The Package
Up to GBP45,000 + Company Bonus
25 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5pm Friday 8:30am-3:15pm

The Candidate
Previous experience as a Sales Office Manager / General Sales Manager / Internal Sales Manager or similar
Technically minded, ideally from a mechanical engineering background - A precision engineering, materials testing, metrology or measuring tools background would be beneficial
Experienced team manager with a proven track record of managing sales staff to achieve targets
Proven track record of sales team management within a technical product range
Full UK driving licence is essential - Commutable to Camberley on a daily basis.
