CB Financial is a Financial Advisory organisation, specialising in running Employee Benefits for companies.
At CB Financial, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service and strive to exceed client expectations. We have an established client base and due to continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our operations team to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to work for a growing company that encourages their team towards growth and progression.
Duties will include:
* Supporting the Administration and Sales team
* Providing a range of administrative expertise to implement pension and benefit schemes
* Obtaining accurate quotes and follow through to inception of cover
* Answering telephone queries and to return calls promptly
* Maintaining and updating our client database
* Interacting with colleagues, clients and providers developing and managing successful relationships
* Working within existing structures and procedures, recommending changes to improve the service and performance levels of the company
* Developing new business and maintain existing business
* Attending regular training as required
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge in pensions is advantageous
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills
* Pro-active and hands-on
* Excellent IT literacy (MS Office) and maths skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Excellent organisational skills
Salary: GBP19,000 per Annum + Generous Benefits Package
