JOB TITLE: Locum Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from; Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry)
HOURLY RATE: GBP20.00-GBP30.00 per hour dependant upon experience
THE ROLE:
Whether you are a legal executive or solicitor, this established and supportive law firm require locum summer cover in their Residential Property department. Typically you will advise on a variety of property matters to include, sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, remortgage and equity release, tenancy agreements and commercial sale, purchasing and leasing.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from legal executives or solicitors with a minimum of 2 years experience of residential property matters. You will be able to demonstrate a strong technical understanding of all elements of the conveyancing process from start to completion and will have a strong track record. Ideal applicants will be highly organised, able to deal with high volumes of work and happy to work with minimal supervision.
