JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-1 years
LOCATION: Oxfordshire

THE ROLE:
This leading firm, is currently looking for a Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 1 PQE) to be based at in their Oxfordshire office. The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle a wide variety of work inclusive of drafting wills, LPAs, dealing with the administration of estates, basic tax estate planning and trusts administration. You will be working on behalf of high net worth clients with responsibility for your own caseload under supervision and own fee targets but will be expected to assist where called upon to work with other members of the Group.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will be from NQ - 1 PQE, with at least one training seat within private client as well as good knowledge of private client legislation, including administration of estates act, wills Act, trustee acts and relevant case law. You will have experience working within private practice and should be familiar with time recording and fee targets. Excellent written and verbal skills are pre-requisites.
