The Fieldfare currently operates the 2-4-1 menu with a delicious Sunday carvery. It's ideally located next to a Business Park and a large Tesco Extra on the edge of Chorley, attracting business people, families and a strong lunchtime trade. Following a recent investment, the pub now benefits from a carvery, providing additional opportunities to drive sales.
Average weekly net sales: GBP13,000 - GBP14,000
Wet/ dry split: 35/65
Average number of meals served per week: 1,200
Brand: Two for One
We are looking for a passionate and driven General Manager who can engage and stabilise the team through great training and brand standards. Passion, drive and determination are the key qualities needed to set alight this business. A leader who can inspire and motivate the team and customers is essential.

As an experienced Manager you will know the ins and outs of managing a branded business: from stock control to driving sales you will be at the top of your game. You won't necessarily need to know how to tap a cask or run a kitchen, we can help with those skills but you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver unbeatable customer service. Confidence and personality are crucial in our pubs!
