Cleaning Contracts Manager
We are looking for a contracts Manager situated within the Bristol area to overlook a number of sites. This particular role involves managing sites within the Office Cleaning environment. They pride themselves on exceptional service and we are looking for a motivated individual to lead our operational team. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for overseeing the cleaning services delivered, ensuring it exceeds expectation, while positively contributing to an expanding and success orientated team.
Main Duties:
To lead the day to day delivery of cleaning services and exceed customer expectations each and every time.
Performing regular site audits with customers and staff
Ensure highest standards of cleanliness are maintained at all customer sites
Ensure continuous customer satisfaction
Ensure that health and safety standards are maintained at all times
Maintain regular contact with site teams to ensure awareness of site specific requirements
Plan, facilitate and monitor on-going training for site operatives
Provide feedback on performance and to take responsibility for managing issues that may arise
Manage and deliver the weekly hours /budget
Provide cover and support within area
Ensure sufficient amounts of cleaning equipment, materials and consumables are on site at all times
Ensure customer sites are fully manned including cover and recruitment at all times.
Arranging holiday cover for unsupervised sites.
Problem solving.
Reporting to Managing Director on a daily basis, compile site reports, plan weekly site visits and record company car mileage.
On call at the weekend one in every three weekends
Finally it may be last port of call that you clean if we have no one else.
The ideal candidate:
Be pro-active, logical and forward thinking
Have a good knowledge of the cleaning industry
Have a strong desire to succeed and promote a high level of customer service
Have self-motivation
Have excellent communication skills
Take full responsibility for tasks
Manage teams in a supportive manner
Happy to improvise when necessary
Wish to be part of a small professional cleaning company that works closely with each other as a team
Personal Skills:
Managerial experience within cleaning sector
Health and Safety knowledge and COSHH legislation
Full, clean UK driving licence
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Attention to detail.
