Class 1 Driver

Due to expansion of their fleet, The Canute Group are looking to recruit Class 1 Drivers to work at the Pasquill Leeds Depot.

The Canute Group continue to be one of the fastest growing, global supply chain providers operating today providing a range of logistic solutions including road haulage, freight forwarding, supply chain management and storage solutions.

As a Class 1 Driver you will be delivering Timber Roof trusses to Building sites and Private customers.

An ideal Class 1  Driver will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Clean Class 1 Licence
• A digital tachograph card
• A full CPC or DQC card

Your working hours will be working 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

We do get the odd delivery on a weekend mainly Saturdays which you will cover on customer request.

Driver needs to be able to strap the load down using  Ratchet straps to secure the load for transportation.

In return for this you will receive a weekly Pay of £470 for 50 hours £9.79 per hour overtime  £28.21 APA Bonus £2 per day meal allowance.
