RTA Fee Earner, Newcastle upon Tyne - Experienced RTA Fee Earners are required for expanding law firm to handle a caseload of RTA claims
JOB TITLE: RTA Fee Earner
PQE: 1+ years
LOCATION: Newcastle upon Tyne
SALARY: Dependant on skills and experience
THE ROLE:
The appointed RTA Fee Earner will take responsibility for a busy caseload of RTA claims. The majority of the cases will be fast track however, a number will be complex, requiring a more experienced RTA Fee Earner to handle them. You will become part of a hard working, supportive team made up of like minded RTA Fee Earners and Solicitors, dealing directly with clients and liaising with referrers and 3rd parties.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful RTA Fee Earner will have at least 12 months experience dealing with a caseload of claimant RTA files. You will have a proven track record in securing the best possible outcome of a claim on behalf of your client and a thorough understanding of the litigation process. Exceptional organisational and communication skills are essential, as is a strong work ethic, always prepared to carry out a quality service to your client.
