JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Warwickshire (Commutable from: Birmingham, Alcester, Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, West Midlands)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
THE ROLE:
The thriving regional law firm are recognised as a leading practice throughout the Midlands market and they cover a broad range of legal services including family, residential conveyancing, employment, commercial property and family. The expanding residential property department requires an additional Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to conduct a varied caseload of residential property transactions such as sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leases as well as take charge of the team and drive it into the next stage of growth. The residential property department deals with a number of transactions on behalf of clients across England and Wales and the appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of residential property transactions and possess the capability to mentor and supervise members of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
The residential conveyancing department is currently experiencing an exciting growth phase and the firm is seeking applications from experienced Residential Property Solicitors who are able to deal with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion as well as play an integral part in developing and further expanding the residential property team. As the appointed Senior Residential Property Solicitor you will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. You will have gained relevant supervisory and managerial experience and be looking for a role which offers you plenty of scope and potential to develop.
