Marketing and Sales Representative, Sports Equipment Manufacturer and Retailer based in Cardiff, Starting Salary from £18,000 Dependant on Experience

We are now looking for a Marketing and Sales Representative to join our knowledgeable and friendly team to develop and support the business by increasing our customer base and building a stronger more profitable Company.

Marketing and Sales Representative Main Duties:

• Answer incoming customer enquires via the telephone and email
• Order entry process for sales and online orders
• Monitor competitor movement by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and marketing techniques.
• Manage some client accounts by managing orders, coordinating shipments and maintaining inventories.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of online marketing campaigns
• Manage online features of the Company including the Company website and social media accounts
• Provide guidance and advice on products to match customer needs and provide price quotes to customers
• Resolve customer complaints
• Data entry for the customer service database
• Represent the Company at trade events

Marketing and Sales Representative Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in maths and English 
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar role, including marketing, sales and customer service experience.
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Studio
• Good skills in using Social Media accounts
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently with an attention to detail
