We are looking recruit an experienced Sales Transaction Manager for a huge flagship site in the Weston Super Mare area.
Our client is a privately owned company with a great reputation.
You will be responsible for developing and driving the sales team and supporting the GSM in all their daily duties.
Main duties will include stacking of deals, managing the stock profile and quoting for finance and insurance products. You will also be responsible for maximising profitability through the sale of finance solutions, extended warranties and insurance to customers that have purchased new and used vehicles from the company.
You will ensure sales and profit targets are met by working closely with sales executives and ensuring they are fully conversant with all processes and finance and insurance products available.
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 2 years' current experience within a franchised main dealership in a similar role - Main dealer experience is essential.
??20-24k basic, OTE ??55-60k
