Job Title: Team Secretary

Location: Newcastle office

Salary: Competitive

Start Date: Immediate Start

Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week / 9.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Role:

The company is looking to appoint a Team Secretary, to start join their Newcastle office Immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role you will support the Office Manager and two of the six teams within the office.
  • The company is looking for someone who is presentable, polite, friendly and approachable.
  • You will need to have good organisational skills, be good at prioritising and be able to use your intuition.
  • You will also be an effective team worker, supporting the Office Manager and Administration Team in delivering first class support to our professional teams.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a wide range of administration tasks (including formatting reports in Word, arranging meetings and organising travel arrangements, copying, binding, filing) and have the ability to work under pressure and multi task.
