Junior Sales Account Manager
Location: Northwich, Cheshire
Salary: GBP20k Basic, GBP44k uncapped OTE + Car/Laptop/Phone + Company Benefits Package
Contract: Permanent, Full time, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm
Summary:
We are currently seeking a sales professional to join our thriving Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who has reached their limits on their current career path and is looking for a first step into field based account management.
Junior Sales Account Manager - Duties:
Principal Accountabilities, including but not limited to:
* Generating new business from scratch
* Pro-actively develop new business relationships & maintain existing ones with resellers & distributors
* Ownership and accountability for own accounts
* Work pro-actively with a "Can do" attitude to identify new business opportunities
* Ensure efficiency & effectiveness of the service we offer to customers
* To achieve & exceed, monthly sales targets using all sales tools i.e. phone, mailshots, meetings etc.
* Be flexible, the role will include early starts and overnight stays on occasions
* Provide reports on accounts to Sales Manager on a monthly basis
Junior Sales Account Manager - Qualifications:
* Confident in developing new business from a standing
* Sales experience (Field Sales, Call centre, face to face, Business development, Telesales)
* Must be well presented and a confident communicator up to Board level
* PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with fast & accurate keyboard skills
* Ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Must have a logical thought process and the ability to get things done
* Ability to work well under pressure
Required:
* IT Literate and willing to learn
* Immaculately presented, Confident communicator with an excellent phone manner and customer facing ability
* Must be driven, enthusiastic, motivated, tenacious and pro-active with a high work rate and determination to succeed
* Full UK driving license
