This retailer specialises in Fashion and Accessories and has big plans for HUGE growth.
The Retail Deputy Store Manager is responsible for;
-Driving store sales and footfall.
-Supporting the Store Manager.
-Ensuring regional KPI`s are achieved.
-Stock control and merchandising.
-Ensuring high mystery shop audits.
-People management and training.
The ideal Deputy Store Manager candidate will be a self motivated, passionate with previous exposure to working in a customer focussed retail environment. You must be prepared to lead your team from the front.
The starting salary will be between ??18,000 - ??22,000 + bonus and is reviewed throughout your career. Candidates must have previous retail management experience in roles such as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Store Manager or Brand Manager.
