Business Analyst - 12 Month FTC

As a Business Analyst you will join this council's Business Transformation Team. This unique opportunity will allow you to have a direct impact on the lives of people in the district by improving the business processes that deliver the services they depend on. You will work with staff and other stakeholders to transform business processes to focus on customer needs whilst at the same time making the efficiency savings that will ensure the long term sustainability of the council.

You will have experience of business analysis including:
- Business process mapping
- Facilitating workshops
- Project management
- Change management
- Using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio

As an individual you will have:
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to take a hands on role and work independently
- A strong work ethic and the willingness to fully own projects
- A passion for analysis and providing high level expertise to stakeholders
