We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant, to handle processes across all of our social media accounts along with developing a streamlined digital vision across websites (internal and external) and email campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
* To maintain social media channels - to respond to enquiries and complaints
o To plan and implement social media posts across multiple accounts
* To maintain our internal and external facing websites
o To create and upload images
o To plan and write content
o To add to sites using content management systems
o To support our internal processes by adding various content to our main internal site.
* To write copy for and send email marketing campaigns.
* To liaise with internal departments and external agencies.
* To contribute, run and take part in social media workshops for members.
* To report on a multitude of internal and external media.
* Proofreading.
* To support the wider marketing team and company with the promotional processes.

Experience Requirements:
* Customer service experience.
* Experience in digital marketing.
* Strong content writing skills.
* Social media from a professional perspective.

The below skills would be desirable but not essential
* Technical skills in content management and design, including HTML and Photoshop.
* Experience in providing online communications and marketing services.
* Understanding of how to manage a brand in a digital environment.

Personal Characteristics:
* Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
* Social media savvy, particularly with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
* Quick learner
* Attention to detail
* Creative / innovative approach.
* Capable of working within a team environment
* Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail
* Have good organisation and time management skills.
