Main duties:
Your role will be to provide customer support and to ensure a high standard of customer service and account management for B2B clients in French or German.

The Role:
- To support customers and respond to enquiries over the phone, by email and web
- To process sales orders, credit processing and returns
- To manage sales from enquiry to conclusion as well as deliveries and backorders
- To resolve any issues in a timely, effective and polite manner
- To keep customer files updated on the internal system
- To create and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- To show good knowledge of the company and its products
- To assist other departments when required

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French or German (Written and Spoken)
- Previous Customer Service experience (B2B environment would be ideal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised in order to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative
- Quick learner and able to adapt to new systems
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
