Real Estate Development Partner - A unique opportunity for a senior Real Estate Development Solicitor/Partner to take on the important challenge of leading and developing a highly regarded team.
JOB TITLE: Real Estate Development Partner
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Kent

THE ROLE:
This is a key hire for a prominent practice in Kent who looking for someone to take on the challenge of leading the real estate development team due to an increasing client base. The role will see you acting for pension funds with land interests, landowners, traders and developers and also actively being a business developer and driving the team forward.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Development Partner will either be at a senior level or already a Partner / Director within a law firm and will have the management capability and the commercial acumen to bring to this new and exciting challenge. You will be experienced in this area of practice, having previously dealt with residential developments / housing developments. A following is not essential but would be advantageous for this key senior hire.
