Post Completions Clerk
If you are an experienced Post Completions Clerk seeking an opportunity to work within one of West Yorkshires' leading law firms, then this could be the ideal role for you! Being a very well established, highly reputable and successful organisation, based in their very prestigious Wakefield office, our client offers a great team working environment and superb facilities including free parking!
Your duties will include:
* Working within the property team
* All aspects of post completion work on commercial property files
* delivering specific post completion service standards
* HMLR regulations and all relevant notices
You will have previous property / conveyancing experience, together experience of working with a high volume caseload. In addition, you will be professional, proactive and enthusiastic.
