Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Oxford

The Role

- Research and plan your market, identify new target clients, generate leads and new business relationships;
- Approaching companies and obtaining vacancies
- Providing consultative advice to clients regarding their requirements;
- Sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, database searches, advertising and direct recruitment;
- Qualifying candidates and taking references;
- Providing customer service for existing clients and candidates to ensure their expectations are being met;
- Maintaining and updating the database.

Your Profile

- You will be a graduate with an exceptional achievement record;
- You will be dedicated and reliable with a strong competitive character who will strive to provide a professional, proactive and personable service;
- You will have strong communication skills, an ability to engage with clients and candidates and gain a thorough understanding of their needs by asking the right questions and following Millar Cameron processes;
- You will be enthusiastic and energetic. Developing your client base involves canvasing a high number of clients, Millar Cameron will provide you with the training and skills required to increase your chances of success, but you will need tenacity and determination to succeed;
- You will be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and ability to adapt and learn new skills to follow Millar Cameron recruitment processes and sales methodologies;
- Fluency in a 2nd language, French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
- Experience in Recruitment, Sales or a customer service environment would be preferable.
