Customer Service Advisors required

We are looking to recruit two Customer Service Advisors for our Colwyn Bay dealership.

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, articulate and professional with previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment, although further training will be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Offer the highest level of consumer care, and communicate effectively with customers and our internal Service Team
• Plan effective workshop loading to reduce customer waiting times and maximise workshop hours
• Provide accurate vehicle repair pricing, including additional services required
• Must be computer literate. Experience of dealer management software would be an advantage
