Estimator

I am currently recruiting for a well respected Groundwork and Civil Engineering company that has a strong pipeline of prestigious projects within the Essex area. They are seeking an experienced Estimator to work on residential projects alongside some of the UKs biggest developers.

The successful candidate is likely to have proven experience working within residential groundworks and civil engineering projects.

In order to be successful:

· Good eye for detail 
· Highly numerate and in depth knowledge of the building sector 
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
· Highly organised and efficient 
· Recognised construction/quantity surveying qualification to HND level or above preferred 
· Advanced computer literacy including estimating software and Excel 
· At least 5 yrs relevant experience within the UK and proven track record of similar projects 
· Clean driving license 
· On site experience would also be advantageous
