Melbreck are working with this leading Designer and Manufacturer of Electronic Power Systems based in Essex near Harlow.
Due to continued sales and order growth the are looking to strengthen their design team and as such are looking to hire a Mechanical Design Engineer / Mechanical Draughtsman.
Requirements:-
Experience of technical documentation:
- Mechanical drawing,
- Dimensioned drawings for sheet metal
Bill of materials
- Winding drawings
- Assembly drawings
- Documentation packages
Experience of issue/rev control including raising change notes.
Experience of pcb design/layout of power supplies useful but not essential.
Knowledge/experience of Solidworks or equivalent useful but not essential
Experience of mechanical design of metal and fabricated plastic parts using Solidworks etc useful but not essential
