Trial Balance Consulting is working with a small but successful firm of chartered accountants based in Swansea. They currently seek to recruit an Audit / Accounts senior to join their team, on a full time, permanent basis.
This role is heavily weighted towards Audit, however you will also be involved in Accounts, therefore a sound knowledge of both is essential.
Duties:
* Plan and ensure audits are completed to deadline
* Build and maintain effective client relationships
* Analyse and highlight issues
* Manage the working of junior team members
* Monitor budgets and highlight any overruns to partners and clients
* Non audit work potentially including preparation of accounts
* Assist in business development
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, coming directly from accountancy practice. You will be experience within audit and accounts and will be able to manage your own workload efficiently and effectively.
