Account Manager Vacancy
A La Carte are a busy Industrial Recruitment Agency, based in the City Centre of Leicester; we are currently searching for a dynamic individual to become our next account manager.
We supply temporary food production staff within Leicestershire, currently circa 3000 staff per week, peaking at 4500 plus in December.
You will report directly to a Senior Contract Manager, eventually having responsibility for at least one major client customer. Developing close professional relationships with external customers, you must understand their staffing needs and convert this in to recruitment requirements within our office.

You will also share responsibility for the 'on-call' aspect of our business and in this regard will be required to work 17 weekends per annum.
We are looking for someone who is professional, is well organised and happy to communicate with staff at all levels. You will be computer literate, be able to work in Excel, and Word and will be trained to work with our bespoke recruitment software. Attention to detail needs to be exemplary and the ability to work under pressure is essential; you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous office experience would be beneficial. You must have a full driving licence able to drive in the UK.
