Part time Receptionists/Administrative assistants
Salary - starting at £7.50 per hour
We are looking for two enthusiastic, flexible, caring people to join our small and friendly team on the front line of a busy, high achieving practice.
Excellent customer care, interpersonal skills and keyboard skills are essential. Training on our clinical system will be provided.
Hours will be
Post one (13 hours):
Monday 10am - 1pm
Tuesday 10am - 2pm
Thursday 8am - 2pm
Post two (14 hours):
Monday 1pm - 5pm
Wednesday 8am - 2pm
Friday 10am - 2pm
with occasional additional hours required to help provide cover
Duties will include meeting and greeting patients and visitors, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking appointments, updating computer records and filing.
We would also consider applications for one post of 27 hours
