Due to continued success and expansion, this innovative, diverse and reputable regional contractor are looking to grow their current team in Devon with the addition of a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Quantity Surveyor. This organization have an excellent portfolio of completed and upcoming projects with a very strong project pipeline over the next two years and beyond.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will manage the commercial elements of construction projects in and around Exeter across multiple sectors with values ranging between GBP1-5m.
For the best chance of success with this role you will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering projects within a main contractor, ideally in the South West. You will be educated to a HNC or degree level and ideally hold a relevant professional qualification i.e. MRICS. in addition to the standard experience requirements of procurement, tendering, value engineering, final accounts, sub-contract account management and cost reviews.
